How do I cancel or change order?
Unfortunately we can not cancel or change orders once they are placed. Once you have received the item you have to return it within 3 business days of the delivery date.
I have placed my order but did not get a confirmation e-mail.
Orders have 24 hrs to be processed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an e-mail from us soon as your item has been shipped and your tracking number will be included via e-mail.
I would like to return my item what do I do?
Please be aware if you return an item that is damaged, worn, or stained. You will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not accept exchanges. You may return your item and place a new order for the any other items you would like to purchase.
What do I if I have received a damaged item or I am missing an item?
Please immediately check your order once you have received it. If an item is damaged contact us by e-mail at info@shopladyvibebrand.com so we can can fix any issues with your order. Also if you have received the wrong item please contact us by e-mail right away to correct any mistakes on your order.
